Convair 340 PH-CGG "Nicolaes Maes"
KLM operated 14 CV 340 models between september 1953 and june 1963. Most of them operated next to the large CV240 fleet for some years but the 240's where gone by 1958.
PH-TGG was delivered in oktober 1953, then reregistered to PH-CGG. This ship, together with 5 other Convairs, joined the ALM fleet in 1964.
Although a nice mini, this model carries the "440" radar nose which in fact is not correct. This model was purchased from BUCHAIR in 2010.
