This is, beyond any doubt, one of my finest models. Ideal Cement, a large company with 25 branches all over the US, used this particular aircraft as company hack in the sixties. Her name was REVA III . Verkuyl made one or two models and he, of course, payed good attention to her stunning livery! The shaded blue windows tell us that this model is from before 1965. Verkuyl shaded the windows in that era, a feature I really like!
I finally found this model on the internet and her owner, Paul Kidder from California, agreed on selling her to me in januari 2010. Thanks Paul for this great gem!
